A new website designed to empower students to explore careers in the area and to find the educational programs that will get them there was unveiled at the Northwest Florida Pathways Regional Forum in Niceville, Florida. The site showcases a wide range of education programs that are aligned with the needs of the economy in the eight western counties of Northwest Florida.
Identifying a career can be a daunting task for students who may not know where to start — northwestfloridacareerpathways.com provides a resource about career options and the training required. The site also includes information about the training programs available in each county and the region.
The project was managed by Consortium of Florida Education Foundations with grant support from Gulf Power. The website was created by Duncan McCall.
